Sort of a nub here, but Dax and 999 have been trying to get the all four maps achievement (What are you Trying to Prove) on Expert. We were able to get Death Toll using the rock trick on map 5, but NO Mercy on map 5 (the roof) keeps kicking our ass. I did some searching on google and youtube, but the tricks on there seemed to have been patch fixed.
Anyone have any ideas or input on surviving No Mercy or any of the L4D campaigns on expert?

1. don't keep going afk
2. don't hit the start button once without telling those on the other side of the map you've hit once
3. don't heal when the tank is running towards you
4. don't be trying it at 2am when most of those playing have to go to work in a few hrs
The patches to the tank are the main issue, the swarms and specials are fairly easy. But since the ai tank no longer gets stuck in the windows (seems to go through them faster then players), it's hard to get him into an area where you can unload on him. The set on fire and run thing works but on expert he has so much health that by the time you run around and he dies, you're too far away from a safe place to camp when the next swarm comes.
I think da and bh would be easier then nm at this point.

On the No Mercy finale, always put yourself into a position where the tank has to climb to get to you, but do not drop down to the ground (unless its the only way to go) if a tank is on the same roof as you and right behind you. He'll drop down to the ground quick and smack you silly. Either run across the pipes to another roof and then drop down, or find an obstacle to put between you and him to put some distance between. Another good technique is to lure the tank to the roof with the MG, and then wait just in front of the MG. When the tank gets on the roof with you, jump over the razor wire to the ground and step to the left. The tank should start to run to the left edge to jump down, but you'll be up the ladder again by the time he hits the ground. Keep doing this while your buddies unload on him and he'll go down without causing too much damage.

I still say we need to just set the server to the final map on the ones that haven't been completed and work out a strategy. Easier to figure it out that way than after 2 hrs of grinding when everyone's tired and irritable.
