This latest patch from our dear friends at Valve nerfed the flaming hunter strategy. I had just started using it like 2 days ago and now it is gone. Anyone else sad to see it go?

Yea they broke it so now it's equal damage as a normal pounce, and it's supposed to still do a little more damage. They also have to fix the multi-hit for the tank, and the search key thing as well. 2 steps forward, 1 back per usual.

That search key thing is what hosed us last night right?

I found a "work around" for the search key, just tested it and works about as well as it did before.... roll Does seem to take almost right to the "host local" point, but is at least going through now.


Now that I got that working again, I would say the fixes out weigh any small loses IMO. Only thing I still dont like is how hunters seemingly get penalized for a pounce, when you get a points pounce, it delays your attack the difference...thats BS to me.
